Job Description: Account Executive

Effective: January 2023

The Role:

We are seeking an energetic, experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Account Executive. This individual will work closely with the SVP of Products + Services to drive sales, customer satisfaction and expand the reach of Sanitas brand products within our B2B business. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for increasing sales in new and existing accounts within Spa, Med Spa and Franchise accounts located in Colorado. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of building relationships that help businesses achieve and exceed their sales numbers. The Account Executive will provide sales and account support with a high sense of urgency, accuracy and outstanding customer service to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. This individual will provide education, sales tools and resources that build loyalty, engagement and success within our B2B accounts. What We Expect – Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly sales activities to achieve sales targets through customer engagement in promotions, product launches, expanded assortments, education and building relationships in all accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Works with customers to identify sales opportunities and suggest products to increase assortment, drive sales and strengthen loyalty to the Sanitas brand through providing outstanding customer service.
  • Acts as a Sanitas brand expert as demonstrated through the professional ability to present and train customers on product line, features and benefits, points of differentiation and sales techniques.
  • Creates strong and lasting relationships with accounts through regular communication, problem solving, coaching and education that result in improved business and representation of the Sanitas brand.
  • Provides regular updates and sales opportunities and progress towards key initiatives to the SVP of Products + Services.
  • Creates positive and lasting relationships within our Spa, Med Spa and Franchise partners and looks for opportunities to strengthen relationships to further drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Works closely with Customer Service team to ensure accounts receive the needed resources, communication, training and follow-up to assist in growing their business and representing the Sanitas brand professionally.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales metrics to strategize on how to drive sales and profitability within assigned accounts in partnership with the SVP of Products + Services.
  • Supports monthly promotional activity through ongoing communication with accounts for maximum benefit and results.
  • Leverage CRM system to drive sales by regular addition and maintenance of information for each account.
  • Supports project work to assist in driving sales or providing assistance to accounts including events, launches, trade shows and anything else directed by SVP of Products + Services.
  • Partners with SVP of Products + Services to provide input and feedback on forecasting, post-sales support and weekly and monthly planning. Works closely with business partners for a seamless and collaborative approach to driving the business.
  • Uphold the Company Mission and Values in word and action everyday both inside and outside RMNL Brands.
  • Participates in meetings, travel, projects any other work activities as assigned.

What We’re Looking for – Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years in an outside sales role
  • Consumer Products experience required – skin care preferred
  • Esthetician license a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Motivated by achieving sales goals and building customer relationships
  • Proficient with common computer programs including MS Office and CRM
  • Ability to multi-task and switch focus quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to present to business owners, negotiate and navigate changing customer needs
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems for customers
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and ability to anticipate future needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet assigned deadlines

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen
  • The employee is required to sit for long periods of time, as well as frequently standing and walking. Use of hands, arms and fingers necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Able to participate in customer visits, trade shows, events or other opportunities that drive sales within existing account base

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Target starting pay - $54,000
